Our team comprises Chartered Accountants and MBA holders, Certified Internal Auditors, Data Protection Officers, and Compliance experts. With our diversified bouquet of experience spanning across various industry sectors (such as manufacturing, healthcare, medical devices, financial services, and more) for the past decade, we offer more than just traditional accounting services.

We specialise in providing expert advice on tax planning, company structure, and compliance, bringing the full range of services under one roof. This means no more juggling between multiple service providers for different business needs. Our core team members are:

• Hui Fern - Seasoned financial professional with over 15 years of dedicated experience in accounting shared services, and a qualified assessor for a Singapore non-profit. Hui Fern is a ACRA Registered Filing Agent.

• Danny - Over 20 years of Audit and Compliance experience, and is a qualified Fellow ACCA Chartered Accountant; Certified Information Privacy Manager, Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe, and Certified Internal Auditor.

• CJ - A qualified finance manager with experiences in various industries from technology to healthcare, from startup to established MNCs. Expertise includes financial accounting, financial reporting, finance transformation and local statutory compliance – audits, GST/VAT and other statutory requirements/reports, for legal entities across Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

• Hui Fung - Over 15 years of procurement experience in a electronic manufacturing company.
